Cancellation policy
Consumers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RELNA I Ksel Technology Limited, Unit B, 3/F., Kai Wan House, 146 Tung Choi Street, Mong Kok, 999077, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a written, unambiguous declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

In principle, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Discounts and benefits
Offers provided by (relna.de) in connection with a previous order can only be guaranteed in connection with the previously mentioned order. In the event of a return of the above-mentioned related orders, the order for which the discount was applied will be refunded. Any offer, discount, or other benefit provided by (relna.de) is voluntary. Even if offered multiple times, no legal entitlement to future discounts, promotions, or other benefits arises.
Gifts
Gifts provided in connection with a previous order through (relna.de) can only be guaranteed in connection with the previously mentioned order. In the event of a return or even a partial return of the above-mentioned related orders, the gift must also be returned if the conditions for the gift are no longer met in order to receive a refund. For example, in the case of an offer where you receive a free gift if you purchase multiple items. For example, if the purchase of at least two specific items is required to receive the gift and you return an item to us (relna.de), you must also return the gift to us to receive a refund.

Return
You have the right to return the goods to us within 30 days of receiving the package.
We only accept returns for undamaged products in their original packaging. If your order is defective or missing something, you must report it in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
If your right of return has expired and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will be automatically sent back to you.
