Please understand that we do not offer telephone support and can only answer inquiries via email. This way, your concerns will be categorized so we can provide you with the best possible service.

I've seen advertisements for your products frequently on other websites. Are you the original?

There are some providers that sell similar products under different names. We recommend that you make sure that "Relna" is mentioned on the website or in the advertisement. Our imprint clearly states that we are an established limited liability company (GmbH) from Germany. Other providers are often private individuals or Chinese companies. We cannot guarantee the same quality as with "Relna." You can easily verify this in the imprint.

How long are the delivery times?

IMPORTANT NOTICE (as of November 2024):

Due to extremely high demand, the Gameboy will unfortunately not be available until after Christmas. Delivery time for the Gameboy is currently 15-20 business days.

For fast and convenient shipping, we use DHL standard shipping including shipment tracking.

  • Germany: Shipping within Germany is free. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
  • Austria: We charge a small flat rate of €4.95. Shipping usually takes 7 to 12 business days.
  • Switzerland: We charge a small flat rate of €9.95. Shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days.
